Pickup and tracked delivery support.
Digital cases are preferred. Physical pickup is available where required. Pickup starts from $10 each way.
Important: Pickup and delivery times are subject to courier availability. Laboratory turnaround begins only once the case is physically received by Ceramic Lab and records are complete.
Physical Pickup
Physical pickup is available from your clinic where digital submission is not possible. Pickup is subject to courier availability and must be booked in advance.

Finished Case Delivery
Completed cases are returned via tracked delivery or Express Post where specified. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when submitting a case.

Pickup checklist
Please ensure all of the following before booking a pickup:
Parcel is packed and ready at reception
Patient reference is included in the parcel
Lab form or case details are included
Impressions and models are disinfected
Contact person at the clinic is aware
Parcel is packed securely for transit
