Each restoration is checked for accurate margin adaptation and seating before production.
Contact and occlusion
Contacts and occlusal relationships are reviewed against the bite scan or record.
Anatomy
Occlusal anatomy, contour and emergence profile are assessed for clinical suitability.
Shade
Shade selection is verified against the case records. Aesthetic cases are reviewed with photos.
Fit
Internal fit and seating accuracy are assessed before dispatch.
Final dispatch check
Every case is inspected and labelled correctly before being dispatched to the clinic.
Technician review on every case
Ceramic Lab's quality control process means no case is dispatched without a technician review. For implant and full arch cases, this review is mandatory before production begins.
